This red wine is made from the best Monastrell and Petit Verdot grown in our area following organic farming guidelines. Manual harvesting in a dry climate that allows for an optimal final ripening. Controlled fermentation at 22-26 ºC in stainless steel tanks with constant pumping over to extract maximum colour and aromas. Maceration-fermentation time of 2-3 weeks.
