Cristatus Rosé Wine BIB 3L

This wine is made from selected Monastrell grapes at their optimum ripeness, with the aim of enhancing the fresh fruit nuances of the variety. Once the gentle crushing and destemming is complete, the grapes undergo skin maceration for 10 hours at low temperatures and the free-run juice is bled off and fermented for 15-20 days. Temperatures do not exceed 16 ºC to maintain all the primary aromas of the grape.
