Young wine made from the Monastrell variety and harvested manually at the optimum point of ripeness. Fermentation-maceration takes place in stainless steel tanks at a fermentation temperature of 20-24ºC to extract the maximum colour from the skins and a large amount of varietal aroma, with a maceration that ranges between 5 and 10 days.
