After several years of research into wine style, we have managed to complete our collection of Almorquí wines. This wine is the result of a blend of old vines of Airén, an indigenous Spanish grape variety, grown in a traditional way in our best dry land vineyards, and Sauvignon Blanc, whose yields were controlled (less than 0.50 kg/vine) to obtain maximum concentration and aromatic complexity.
