Wine made from Monastrell grapes, grown in vineyards on rocky and limestone soils, harvested in mid-October. Maceration and fermentation in concrete tanks for 15 days at constant temperatures without exceeding 25ºC. Cherry red in colour, with violet reflections, aromas reminiscent of forest fruits, floral notes and a hint of freshly cut grass.
