Crianza Corcovo red wine bottle 75cl

100% Tempranillo. Wine aged for 11 months in new American oak barrels in a cave at twelve metres depth where temperature and humidity are constant throughout the year and at least one year in bottle. At first glance it has an elegant, bright red colour and is well covered. On the nose it has an aromatic expression rich in nuances, combining the aromas of good aging in new oak with the fruity aromas of the variety. On the palate, it has a good entry, well structured, tasty and with nerve, ending in an elegant and intense aftertaste. Especially suitable to accompany stews, aged cheeses, meats and game. Its consumption temperature ranges between 14°C and 16°C.

Features

• After a rigorous selection of our best Tempranillo wines, each year we select those that will have the privilege of being aged in oak barrels. In the darkness, stillness and silence of our cave, they will remain for a period of 7-9 months under constant temperature and humidity conditions.
• After the bottling process, the wines are aged in the bottle for a minimum period of six months before reaching the market.
