Young white wine Verdejo Corcovo bottle 75cl

100% Verdejo. Cold pre-fermentation maceration, bleeding of the free-run must and low-temperature fermentation. Pale yellow, lemony in colour. Very intense in aromas, with hints of tropical fruit and freshly cut grass. On the palate it is smooth, fresh and broad, with a great balance in its acidity, with a long, elegant and persistent finish. Especially suitable for fish, seafood, ham, pasta, chicken and cold meats.

Features

• The grapes are hand-picked at night to preserve all their freshness, aromas and varietal flavours. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are destemmed and undergo pre-fermentation maceration with their skins to extract all their varietal character, extracting the free-run juice by gravity for subsequent fermentation at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks.
