100% SYRAH. Intense cherry red colour, with accentuated violet and purple nuances, dense. Aroma of red fruits enhanced by those provided by its fermentation and ageing in new oak (vanilla, coconut, toasted). A wine with a lot of fruit, powerful, full-bodied, fleshy, structured, with a long finish and retronasal where the contribution of elegant new oak is evident. Especially suitable to accompany all types of meats, semi-cured cheeses, roast stews and game.

The resulting must is introduced into new American oak barrels where it will undergo alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in the presence of its fine lees (Batonage). This fermentation and ageing process will last for 6-8 months.
