100% AIREN. Pale lemon yellow with greenish highlights. Intense aroma with great personality where the variety's own and fruity notes are perfectly blended with those provided by the fermentation in barrels. Balanced in the mouth, powerful, unctuous, full-bodied, structured, mineral and very sweet. Especially suitable to accompany all types of fish, seafood, patés and aged cheeses.

Features

This unique wine is made from Airén grapes, typical of our production area. After determining the optimal time for harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and macerated with their skins, then the must is extracted and placed in new French oak barrels.
Fermentation and subsequent ageing will take place for 8 months in contact with its fine lees, which are stirred weekly, ?Battonage?, in order to facilitate the oxygenation of the wine. After being put into barrels, this wine is aged in bottles for 6 months before being put on the market.
