100% Moscatel de grano pequeno. With this variety we have produced an exquisite, elegant and very aromatic dry Moscatel. After determining the optimal time for grape picking, the grapes are harvested manually and at night, ensuring that the fruit reaches the winery in perfect condition. The grapes are then destemmed and macerated with their skins for 24/30 hours, extracting the free-run juice by gravity. A golden wine with greenish tones. It is clean, bright and crystalline. It shows a good glyceric tear, sliding down the walls of the glass when shaking it. Good intensity of aromas, where white flower nuances predominate. There are also hints of aromatic herbs. Over time, the aroma evolves, and notes of very ripe fruit are perceived more clearly. On the palate it has a smooth entrance and a creamy mid palate, with good persistence after the swallow, and with a wide retronasal passage in which it leaves notes reminiscent of green walnut.

• The grapes, which come from the Finca el Carrascal vineyard, are hand-picked at night due to their delicacy in order to preserve all their varietal aromas and flavours. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are destemmed and macerated with their skins, extracting the free-run juice by gravity for subsequent fermentation and vinification at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks.
