Recommendation for use Descongele el producto en el frigorífico 24 horas antes de su consumo. Una vez descongelado desmolde el producto y córtelo en 4 partes iguales. En una sartén o plancha a fuego medio dorar primero por la parte de la piel hasta que quede dorada y crujiente. A continuación marcar los demás costados. Introducir en el horna a 180ºC durante 5 minutos y emplatar. Podrá emplatar el plato de guarnición a su gusto.
