Embutidos Espinosa was founded in the 1950s by Antonio Gómez ?El Jumillano?, who transferred his knowledge of many farm products to feed workers to a physical location, a butcher shop in the neighbouring town of El Rodriguillo. Years later he moved his business to Pinoso, followed in management by his son Antonio, and over time it became one of the companies with roots and experience in the produ ...ction of traditional and typical artisan sausages from Pinoso, in the Medio Vinalopó region in the province of Alicante. Over the years, the different family generations have managed to preserve Antonio's legacy, one in which the quality of his raw materials and the close and personal treatment of his clients prevail. Today, Embutidos Espinosa, apart from continuing with the recipes and philosophy of ?Uncle Antonio?, which is the cornerstone of our sausage, believes that food safety is also a very important part. Thanks to all this work, we have managed to obtain the seal of quality of the Valencian Community for our star product, the dried sausage.
