Recommendation for use DIRECTAS AL HORNO 1. Montar la lasaña: En una fuente profunda verter salsa líquida y caliente para asegurarse la hidratación de las placas. Montar la lasaña intercambiando el relleno caliente con las placas secas (sin previo remojo).2. Hornear: Cubrir toda la lasaña con la salsa líquida y caliente. Añadir queso para gratinar al gusto. Introducir la lasaña en el horno previamente precalentado a 220º durante 10 minutos ( el microondas 5 minutos a 900w) y 5 minutos de gratinado. REMOJANDO LAS PLACAS1. Remojar las placas: Sumergir las placas en agua caliente unos 10 minutos, hasta que queden semi-rígidas. Remover de vez en cuando. Para lasañas frías sumergir las placas durante 20 minutos.2. Montar la lasaña: Prepare la salsa y verter un poco en el fondo de la bandeja. Montar las capas intercalando placas y relleno. 3. Hornear: Cubrir todo con salsa y queso rallado y hornear unos 10 minutos a 220ºc (en microondas unos 5 min. a 900 w) y 5 minutos de gratinado
