Recommendation for use Ponga agua a hervir (300ml en un cazo de 20cm de diámetro). Lleva el agua a su punto de ebullición y añade tus Buenggies. A continuación agrega el condimento sazonador y deja hervir durante máximo 4 minutos dando la vuelta un par de veces a cada pieza. Transcurrido este tiempo, retira los Buenggies del agua. Para sellar bien cada pieza sin perder su jugosidad se recomienda pasarlo por la plancha vuelta y vuelta durante unos 30 segundos por cada lado a fuego medio-alto.
