- We make Free Damm with the same ingredients that we use to make an alcoholic beer, adding yeast and allowing the fermentation to produce alcohol naturally. Then, with an advanced technique that we call vacuum distillation, we remove the alcohol until we obtain a product with 0.0% alcohol.
- In this dealcoholization process we have managed to recover aromatic components and incorporate them again, obtaining a better product as a result.
