The production of Victoria 0.0 begins with the fermentation of traditional beer at a low temperature and then the alcohol is removed until it reaches 0.0%, thus achieving the flavour of Victoria, but alcohol-free. Tasting notes: Amber colour, very bright, clean and with hidden golden reflections that give it clarity and elegance. On the nose, subtle floral notes and abundant Mediterranean fruit are revealed. The honeyed notes of honey, syrup and caramel are very present. On the palate, it is pleasantly surprising due to its low acidity.
