Victoria Marengo is a dark lager that pays homage to the seafaring trades of El Perchel, the Malaga neighborhood where Cervezas Victoria was born. It features a 100% malt recipe with toasted notes and chocolate nuances. A combination of five types of malts creates a complex and balanced dark beer. Tasting notes: Very dark caramel color, yet clean and clear. Its light foam contrasts with the color of this beer. The nose displays very sweet notes, with elegant toasted notes. Caramel, licorice, and roasted notes appear at first, followed by notes of cocoa, slightly spicy sugar, and bitterness. Subtle toasted bitterness and a powerful flavor are appreciated on the palate as the sip progresses.
