Victoria Vendeja is an India Pale Ale brewed in Málaga with marked fruity aromas of mango and citrus. "Vendeja" defines the time of year when Málaga's crops were prepared for export to northern Europe and the Mediterranean. These tasks made the port of Málaga the second largest commercial port in the 19th century. A milestone that would not have been possible without the women harvesters, or, as they also came to be known, the vendajas. Tasting Notes: Slightly cloudy appearance, with a fine, creamy, white head that contrasts with the pale gold of the beer. A malty cereal aroma embraced by an enveloping aroma of hops with eminently tropical notes and the bitterness characteristic of this style. A second later, sweet notes of mango and orange appear.
