Affligem Triple Blonde Beer Bottle, 1x75cl

It is an Ale beer, Abbey style, pale blonde in color, and white, consistent foam due to the liveliness of a double-fermented beer, being the last in the bottle. The high alcohol content of this beer helps when appreciating its alcoholic aroma rich in fruity nuances. Its well-balanced alcoholic flavor with its sweet malt flavor and wood nuances helps its passage in the mouth. It is a dry beer, but with a medium body, leaving its sweet and alcoholic finish on the palate at the same time. Alcohol content: 9% by volume. Serving temperature: 4 - 6 ºC Bitterness units: 28 The Smedt Brewery in Opwijk (Belgium) purchased in 1970 the license to produce the liquids that were produced in the Benedictine abbey of Affligem according to the original recipe of Father Tobias. The beer that the monks prepared was strong and robust for their periods of fasting during Advent, when they could only drink one glass a day. Since granting the license, the abbey receives a box of each production batch for supervision. Affligem Double is deep amber in color, with great body and firm flavor. It has an aroma of roasted malt and a sweet caramel flavor with hints of licorice.
