Affligem Blond Single Ferm Blonde Beer Bottle, 1x30cl

It is an Abbey-style Ale beer, with a golden blonde color, very lively, with continuous gas release, due to its fermentation in the bottle, which maintains its consistent white foam for a long time. Its fresh aroma of dried tomato and banana accompany a spicy carbonic flavor, well balanced with the sweet malt and its intense bitterness. The result after passing through the mouth is a dry beer, with a light to medium body, and a bitter alcoholic finish that persists. Alcohol content: 6.8% by volume. Serving temperature: 4 - 6 ºC Bitterness units: 24 The Smedt Brewery in Opwijk (Belgium) purchased in 1970 the license to produce the liquids that were produced in the Benedictine abbey of Affligem according to the original recipe of Father Tobias. The beer that the monks prepared was strong and robust for their periods of fasting during Advent, when they could only drink one glass a day. Since granting the license, the abbey receives a box of each production batch for supervision.
