Sol Mexican Lager Beer Bottle, 1x33cl

In 1899, a German brewer who was working at ?El Salto del Agua?, a brewery near Mexico City, was inspired by a ray of sunlight that fell directly on his mash boiler, to name the new beer he was brewing. It is a beer made with barley malt, maltose sugar syrup, hops and the exclusive Sol yeast. It is a clear lager-style beer, with a pale straw yellow color and consistent white foam thanks to its liveliness in the glass. The fresh aroma of hay mixed with a light fruity aroma, with a citrus touch from its soft hops. The body of the beer is light and has great drinkability with a very refreshing cereal aftertaste without the need to add lemon. It goes well cold with fresh, light summer salads, as well as typical hot or spicy Mexican dishes, such as nachos, quesadillas and fried chicken.
