Birra Moretti Italian Lager Beer Bottle, 1x33cl

It is a Premium Lager beer, a light lager style, of great quality and tradition in Italy. Low fermentation, it has a bright, pale golden colour and dense foam. It has been manufactured since 1859 in the original brewery in Udine, the historic capital of the geographical region of Friuli in Italy, between the Alps and the Adriatic Sea, 20 kilometres from the Slovenian border. Its founder, Luigi Moretti, who came from a family of merchants from the then Austro-Hungarian Empire, built the factory with very advanced technology for the time and sold the first bottle in 1860 with a recipe that is still preserved practically intact today. Little by little, distribution spread nationally and today we can find it in more than 40 countries. It is the most internationally awarded Italian beer, in a category generally dominated by Germans and Americans. It is a refreshing beer, light to medium body with a sweet, slightly bitter and fruity finish. It is therefore perfect to drink during lunch, dinner or in the afternoon with friends. Birra Moretti is ideal to accompany all those typical and fresh dishes that are offered by the most typical Italian cuisine, especially due to the presence of tomato sauce in most dishes. It pairs very well with pasta dishes with tomato, fried and breaded dishes such as escalopes alla Milanese, with brodetto de peices (similar to our Mediterranean fish stew), with cold cuts in the purest Italian style and with pizzas or carpaccio of beef with parmesan. It is also the ideal complement to risottos and dishes that include white meat and cheese. 4.6 % Vol.Alc. Serving temperature 2-4°
