Recommendation for use Hero Pedialac AR contiene como agentes espesantes el almidón de maíz y harina de algarrobo. Durante la preparación del biberón, y con el fin de conseguir una completa disolución, se recomienda añadir en el biberón el número de cacitos de leche indicados en la tabla de dosificación (1 cacito raso de Hero Baby Leche Pedialac AR por cada 30 ml) , uno a uno sobre el agua a 40ºC y esperar a que el polvo se moje completamente y se hunda en el biberón; después la agitación debe ser enérgica de arriba abajo, hasta su completa disolución. La presencia del espesante hace que la disolución no sea tan rápida como en otro tipo de fórmulas infantiles.  Hero Pedialac AR contiene como espesantes almidón de maíz y harina de algarrobo. Se trata de una fórmula líquida cuya viscosidad debe aumentar en el estómago tras ser ingerida por el lactante, evitando la regurgitación. Líquida en el biberón y espesa en el estómago.
