What exactly does "session" mean? Basically, it is a beer with a lower alcohol content but that maintains all the flavour. Founders All Day IPA is that beer designed for a plan after the daily work, and it encourages you to accompany it with light dishes, fresh appetizers or citrus notes. This beer will cleanse the palate and helps reduce the saltiness of seafood and fish. Salads, for example with green beans, or a touch of umami, balance very well. It is perfect to pair with certain cheeses such as Mahón Cheddar, eliminating the fatty texture in each sip. And finally, we can round off the IPA session with a lemon tart, where the tropical notes harmonize with the citrus flavors.
