ALHAMBRA RESERVA RED BEER BOTTLE 33CL

33cl bottle of Alhambra Reserva Roja with 7.2% alcohol. Slow-fermenting beer, inspired by traditional German Bock beer recipes, adapted to the national palate, designed for special moments and capable of challenging the senses. Longer and "restful" fermentation, traditional in the production of Bock beers, which results in a greater generation of fruity aromas, followed by a maturation in which "green beer" aromas are eliminated, producing a beer with cleaner aromas. In this way, the aromas coming from the malt are perceived more clearly: cereal, grain, toasted and caramel.

The beer has a copper-coloured appearance, a shiny appearance and a dense foam with bronze reflections. The flavour is complex with marked notes of toasted cereal together with intense fruity notes, all accompanied by an elegant fragrance of alcohol. When swallowed, new flavours of caramel and grain emerge and the fruity flavours are enhanced. In the mouth, it has a pronounced but fine and balanced bitter taste with a slight acidity. The texture is full, with body and leaves a pleasant bitter persistence.

For greater enjoyment, it is recommended to consume between 6 and 9º C.
