Recommendation for use Preparación en coctelera: Verter 200 mL de leche desnatada en una coctelera y añadir el contenido del sobre. Tapar la coctelera y agitar enérgicamente hasta su completa disolución. Preparación en vaso: a) Añadir el contenido del sobre en un vaso grande. Añadir unos 50 mL del leche desnatada y mezclar hasta obtener una mezcla homogenea. A continuación añadir el resto de la leche, hasta un total de 200 mL de leche, y mezclar enérgicamente hasta su completa disolución. b) Añadir 200 mL de leche desnatada en un vaso y añadir el contenido del sobre. Batir enérgicamente con un batidor hasta la completa disolución del contenido del sobre.Se recomienda tomar acompañado de un vaso de agua.
