Jerez Amontillado Osborne wine 75 cl

Over the decades, the Osborne family has steadily built an unrivaled collection of Very Old Rare Sherries, which they have passionately cared for with the utmost patience and dedication. More than wines, authentic oenological gems. The solera of this wine was founded in 1830; its name comes from the total number of barrels that make up the solera and the fact that the wine was extracted from the first (1st) criadera.


Features

  • The entire collection of boots is divided into 4 breeders. For the first 6 to 8 years, the wine underwent biological aging under flower yeast and the rest remained exposed to oxygen. Over time, evaporation has made the wine more concentrated and more complex.
