Its elaboration begins with a careful selection of the best Airén grape wines distilled in our own distillery through artisanal methods in Arabic alkyries. Aged in American oak casks that previously contained the most select Sherry wines, amontillados and odorous, and thanks to the artisan aging method of Criaderas and Solera, young distillates are mixed with older ones, thus revealing an extraordinary brandy. Cream notes: Visual phase: Deep amber color with golden hues. Olfactory phase: Very aromatic and elegant, with notes of cocoa and vanilla. Taste phase: Remains complex and balanced in the mouth.
