The Solaz vineyards are located in the municipality of Malpica del Tajo (Toledo), within the Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) Vinos de la Tierra de Castilla. It is the largest family vineyard in a single estate in Europe: 736ha of vineyards of a total of 1000ha, divided into 64 plots with individualized management and 8 varietals. SENSORY ANALYSIS Appearance: Intense garnet red color, sharp and bright. Aroma and flavor: Elegant and balanced, with hints of red and black fruits and spices. On the palate, notes of ripe fruit and dark chocolate. Soft and rounded tannins, with a long and persistent finish.
