The ideal gilda for chilli and egg lovers. The egg gilda is made up of a top quality chilli, a boiled quail egg, fine olives and salted anchovy, all preserved in sunflower oil. The skewer is firmly attached to the wooden stick. Its texture is slightly fibrous but not soft. The colours vary from the greenish gold of the chilli and olive, to the chocolate brown of the anchovy and the white colour of the egg. This is a ready-to-eat product, requiring no prior preparation before consumption.
