GILDA ZUBELZU CRYSTAL CHEESE 6 UNITS

The ideal gilda for lovers of chilli and cheese. The cheese gilda is made up of a top quality chilli, a mixture of cow's, sheep's and goat's milk cheese, fine olives and salted anchovies, all preserved in sunflower oil. The skewer is firmly attached to the wooden toothpick. Its texture is slightly fibrous but not soft. The colours vary from the greenish gold of the chilli and olive, to the chocolate brown of the anchovy and the creamy colour of the cheese. This is a ready-to-eat product, requiring no prior preparation before consumption.
