Vermador Red Wine Barrel Bottle 0.75 L

The Vermador Barrica wine is a unique wine from its origin. The Monastrell variety, native to the Alicante DO, shares the space with the legendary Syrah. After a selection of the best and oldest vineyards of the winery, the harvest is carried out manually and at the optimum moment of the grape's ripening. After destemming and gentle crushing, grapes and must ferment in stainless steel tanks at 23oC for 20-25 days. Each variety is vinified separately with native yeasts to achieve the maximum exponents of quality from each one, seeking different styles of wine for its subsequent blending. The second fermentation takes place in new American and French oak barrels, of medium toast, for 4 months to provide that special nuance that makes it so different.
