Diapiro Red Wine P. Bottle 0.75 L

Diapiro red young is unique from its origin. A blend of Monastrell, a local variety of the Alicante Designation of Origin, shares the space with an elegant Syrah from selected vineyards. As a novelty, we finish the blend with a very local white variety called Merseguera, a combination in perfect harmony. After selecting the best vineyards in the winery, we hand-harvest each of these varieties at the exact moment of maturity of each one. After destemming and lightly pressing the grapes, the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 23ºC. The duration is determined for each of the varieties. Each variety is made separately with natural yeast to obtain the maximum quality of each one, seeking the different styles for a later blending or blending of the same.
