This red wine is made from the best Monastrell and Petit Verdot grapes grown in our area following organic farming guidelines. Manual harvesting in a dry climate that encourages optimal ripening. Controlled fermentation at 22-26ºC in stainless steel tanks with constant pumping over to extract maximum colour and aromas. Fermentation maceration time of 2-3 weeks.
