100% Airén. Pale yellow, transparent with greenish glints. Intense, highly distinctive aromas with hints of green apple. Balanced on the palate, light and fruity, with good acidity and the freshness of its youth. Especially suitable for all types of fish, shellfish, and smoked dishes, as well as as an aperitif.
