100% Tempranillo. A single-variety Tempranillo aged for six months in American oak barrels, this being its first fill. Vivid and intense on the palate with hints of mauve. Concentrated on the nose, it offers an elegant fruity character and subtle but delicate notes of coffee and cinnamon. On the palate, it is full-bodied, pleasant, structured, and powerful. Elegant to drink now and with a good future. Recommended with medium-aged cheeses, roasts, and game. Its optimal serving temperature is between 12°C and 14°C.
