Gallina Blanca's Avecrem Fish Stock is made with white fish and seafood, as well as a variety of vegetables and greens, and a rich source of fat, extra virgin olive oil. You can add an extra touch of flavor to your fish recipes that will be delicious. For your stews and stir-fries, try adding one Avecrem Fish Stock cube for every 3-4 people, dividing it evenly among the ingredients. If you're cooking a recipe with water, such as soup, pasta, rice, legumes, or vegetables, add one cube per half liter of water, dissolving it until completely dissolved. And of course, you won't need to add salt, as it already contains the right amount of salt to make your dishes delicious.
