Paulaner Hefe Weissbier Naturtrub German Wheat Beer Bottle, 1x50cl

Paulaner wheat beer with yeast is made with the following ingredients: 60% malted wheat, 40% barley malt, selected hops, water and top fermentation Paulaner yeast. Paulaner Wheat Yeast Beer is a cloudy, golden-colored German ale and wheat-style beer with a deep whitish hue that fills the entire glass. It presents in its service an ivory white foam with a light but persistent consistency, which exceeds the limits of the edge of the glass, remaining firm until the end. Its clove spice aroma fills the entire nose, marking its character, and its palate is very pleasant due to the excellent balance of sweet bread, herbaceous and volatile bitterness from top fermentation and the presence of yeast. This provides a large amount of vitamins, minerals and proteins that round off its flavor. The finish is a very dry beer that deeply refreshes you and leaves a sparkling memory of cherries that lasts in the mouth. Serving temperature: 2-4ºC It has the perfect mixture of roughness and sweetness to be served with desserts and fruits. Due to its freshness, it is very suitable to take it as an aperitif or accompanying salads with fresh herbs or spices. The name of the Paulaner Monastery Brewery in Munich dates from 1634, when the monks brewed their beer for internal consumption. However, the strict monastic discipline allowed her to be taken out only at local festivals. There, Paulaner Wheat with Yeast achieved great popularity. The Paulaner Brewery is famous today in the German city for its wheat beer, which outsells traditional Munich lagers. In addition, it is the official beer of the largest beer festival in the world: Oktoberfest.
