Judas Belgian Lager Beer Bottle, 1x33cl

The Alken-Maes Brewery in Waarloos (Belgium), whose oldest origins date back to the local Sint Michel Brewery in 1880, launched in 1986 the best Belgian-style blonde beer that has been made following the Belgian brewing tradition and applying the best known brewing practices. The result is an excellent beer that won the silver medal in ?Le Monde Selection? in 1989. Today this beer is part of the HEINEKEN Brewing Group brand portfolio. It is a beer that uses barley malt, wheat and a mixture of Bohemian hop varieties as ingredients. Ale type beer, Belgian blonde style, light amber in colour and old gold in tone, and very white consistent and persistent foam, with very accentuated fresh fruity aromas, on nuances of cereals, hops and freshly cut grass. Its intense flavour with a counterpoint of bitter notes balances perfectly with the sweetness of the malt. Lively beer with fine bubbles and a light-medium body with an alcoholic finish and a sweet caramel note. Alcohol content: 8.5% by volume. Serving temperature: 4 - 6 ºC Due to the complexity and nuances that this style of beer offers in terms of flavour and aroma, we can marinate it with fresh salads with fresh cheeses, cold cuts and nuts. Ideal with sauces containing oranges and pineapples, and for dessert we could accompany it with typical Belgian chocolates.
