Brutus was born in Sitges (Barcelona) in August 2015. At the hands of Joan Pujol, winemaker, master brewer and professional in the sector, and Jordi Calvet, a creative specialist in the fashion sector. The idea was to produce a beer with ingredients and processes of the highest quality, which was easy to drink. The brand concept and construction is the key to our differentiation since for us the product is not only the liquid, but it encompasses the visual and communicative identity of Brutus. In this context, notably contrary to the current trend in the sector, Brutus was born with the aim of creating a unisex, aspirational, global (not local) and quality brand in every sense. Since 2019, Brutus has become part of the Mahou-San Miguel family.
