Dirty Bastard by Founders is an intense beer with a complex finish that harmonises very well with certain red meats, game and roasts. Think, for example, of a freshly grilled steak, or a roast rib with barbecue sauce. It is also perfect for combining and cleansing the palate of the fatty notes and texture of certain aged cheeses.
