• Mahou 5 Estrellas Sin Gluten is a German-inspired pilsner that undergoes a process in which the proteins that form gluten are degraded with a 5.5% alcohol content.
• Made in the same way and with the same natural ingredients as Mahou 5 Estrellas, but subjected to a process in which the proteins that form gluten are degraded. The result is a gluten-free beer with the same flavour as Mahou 5 Estrellas. Made from a careful selection of low-roast pilsen malts, bitter semi-aromatic hops of European origin and yeast.
• The main aroma is soft and fresh, fruity, banana and apple, with a certain dry fragrance and a hint of yeast. Floral notes of hops are also appreciated when drinking.
• In the mouth, it has strength, consistency and is very balanced, with a moderate bitterness and a slight acidity.
