More than wines, authentic oenological gems. Founded in 1790, this solera commemorates the arrival of the Order of the Capuchin friars in Jerez. More than two centuries later, this Palo Cortado embodies the heritage of an entire region.


Features

  • The grape variety is 100% fine palomino and has an average age of more than 30 years.
  • This wine was biologically aged under flower yeast for 8 to 14 years, became an amontillado, and was later designated as Palo Cortado. The entire collection of boots is divided into 5 breeders. Aged in the traditional system of criaderas and soleras. Over time, evaporation has made the wine more concentrated and more complex.
