- The 100% Iberian Acorn-fed Caña de Lomo de Lomo is a sausage elaborated completely by hand in Jabugo from a whole piece corresponding to the lumbar muscle mass. It is characterized by a powerful and fragrant aroma, a faint garnet and ash color with a very defined shine, and a mild paprika flavor with hints of smoke.
- The Iberian acorn-fed prey is one of the best hidden secrets of our gastronomy. This is the piece that is found on the head of the loin next to the shoulder of 100% Iberian pigs raised in the wild in the pasture. It is a delicacy with very little fat and a characteristic grain.
